Dauntless Manufacturing Knife Return Policy
At Dauntless Manufacturing, we stand behind the quality of our knives and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return your knives under the following conditions:

Return Period: You have 60 days from the date of purchase to return your knives for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Please note: Dauntless Manufacturing is not responsible for items lost in the mail, misdelivered, or stolen after delivery.

Condition of Knives: To be eligible for a return, the knives must be in unused condition. This means they should be free from any signs of use, wear, or damage and must include all original packaging and accessories.

Return Process:
- Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team through the contact us form on our website to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization: Our team will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number. This RA number must be included with your returned knives.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please ensure that the knives are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned knives, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within [X] business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
