Dauntless Manufacturing Lifetime Warranty

At Dauntless Manufacturing, we take pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our knives. We stand behind our products with a Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturing defects and ensures your satisfaction.

  1. Lifetime Warranty Coverage:

    • This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the knife.
    • If your Dauntless Manufacturing knife fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no charge to you.
  2. Eligibility:

    • This warranty applies to knives owned by the original owner as well as those gifted, inherited, or purchased on the second-hand market.
    • This warranty does not apply to stolen knives (don't be an asshole).
    • This warranty does not apply to knives that Dauntless Manufacturing acted as an OEM for other brands.
  3. Exclusions:

    • This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
    • Modifications or alterations to the knife will void this warranty.
  4. Interesting, Unique, or Epic Circumstances:

    • If you break your blade in interesting, unique, or epic circumstances, we may replace it at our discretion. We love hearing stories about how our knives are used, so please share the details with us when you contact us.
  5. Sharpening and Edge Repair:

    • We offer free sharpening and edge repair services for Dauntless knives only. Simply contact our customer service team through the contact us form on our website to arrange this service. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the knife to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping.
  6. Warranty Claim Process:

    • Initiate Claim: Contact our customer service team through the contact us form on our website to initiate a warranty claim. Please provide your order number, a description of the defect, and any relevant photos or information about the circumstances.
    • Return Authorization: Our team will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number if your claim is approved. This RA number must be included with your returned knife.
    • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the knife to us. We will cover the cost of return shipping if the warranty claim is approved.
  7. Repair, Replacement, or Refund:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting your knife, we will determine whether the defect is covered by this warranty.
    • If the defect is covered, we will repair, replace, or refund your knife at our discretion. If the knife is no longer available, we may replace it with a comparable model.
