Maintenance for Stainless Steels Like Magnacut, AEB-L, and Similar Steels

However, even stainless steels can benefit from regular maintenance to maximize longevity and performance. Here’s a simple guide to keep your stainless steel knives in excellent condition.


Clean Your Blade Regularly
Stainless steels resist rust well, but regular cleaning keeps your knife free from dirt, food residues, and other contaminants that can affect its performance or appearance. After each use, rinse the blade with warm water and mild dish soap to remove any residue, especially if it’s been exposed to acidic or salty substances.

Dry Thoroughly
