Dauntless Manufacturing Lifetime Warranty
At Dauntless Manufacturing, we take pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our knives. We stand behind our products with a Lifetime Warranty that covers manufacturing defects and ensures your satisfaction.

Lifetime Warranty Coverage
- This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship for the life of the knife.
- If your Dauntless Manufacturing knife fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair, replace, or refund it at no charge to you.

Eligibility
- This warranty applies to knives owned by the original owner as well as those gifted, inherited, or purchased on the second-hand market.
- This warranty does not apply to stolen knives (don't be an asshole).
- This warranty does not apply to knives that Dauntless Manufacturing acted as an OEM for other brands.

Exclusions
- This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear.
- Modifications or alterations to the knife will void this warranty.

Interesting, Unique, or Epic Circumstances
- If you break your blade in interesting, unique, or epic circumstances, we may replace it at our discretion. We enjoy hearing how our tools are used—include the story when you reach out.

Sharpening and Edge Repair
- We offer free sharpening and edge repair services for Dauntless knives only.
- You are responsible for shipping the knife to us. We will cover domestic return shipping.

Warranty Claim Process
- Initiate Claim: Contact us through the contact form on our website with your order information, description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
- Return Authorization: If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, which must be included with your shipment.
- Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the knife to us. We will cover domestic return shipping on approved warranty claims.
- Shipping Disclaimer: Dauntless Manufacturing is not responsible for items lost in transit, misdelivered, or stolen after delivery.

Repair, Replacement, or Refund
- Upon inspection, we will determine if the issue is covered under warranty.
- If covered, we will repair, replace, or refund the knife at our discretion. If the original model is unavailable, a comparable replacement may be provided.

Grey Market / Exported Knives
- Knives exported and resold by third parties (including grey market dealers) are not eligible for refunds.
- These knives remain eligible for warranty coverage for manufacturing defects.
- The purchaser is solely responsible for compliance with all local, state, and international import/export laws and restrictions.
- All shipping costs associated with warranty service for these knives are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Dauntless Manufacturing is not responsible for knives lost, seized, delayed, or misdelivered due to customs, carriers, or regulatory authorities.
