Hot and Ready Hiker Tanto

The Hot and Ready line accomplishes this by leveraging preconfigured models and streamlining production with high-quality materials purchased in volume. AEB-L steel and Natural Canvas Micarta were the answers! This series is designed to simplify the buying process while keeping pricing reasonable, all without compromising on the craftsmanship and performance you expect.

The Hiker Tanto Hot and Ready was designed by Dauntless Co-Founder Zach Thull and delivers a robust, tactical design with the precision you need for demanding tasks. Its tanto blade geometry excels at piercing, slicing, and hard-use applications, making it a versatile choice for both utility and defensive scenarios. This knife measures 7.6" overall, with a blade length of 3.3" and a solid 3/16" thickness. Constructed from AEB-L stainless steel and professionally heat treated to 59-60 HRc, the blade provides excellent edge retention, toughness, and corrosion resistance. It features a tumbled finish and Dauntless jimping for improved grip and handling.

This model includes a tumbled AEB-L stainless blade, Natural Canvas Micarta handle scales, and a black Kydex sheath as shown. It is also compatible with all other Hiker sheaths and scales available on our website.
