Surgeon / Surgeon-R – Precision Without Compromise

The Surgeon and its ringed counterpart, the Surgeon-R, are compact fixed blades engineered for control, precision, and real-world utility. Each knife measures 7" overall with a 2.5" blade shaped in the style of a No. 22 scalpel—broad, curved, and built for clean, precise cuts.

Machined from a single piece of fully hardened steel, the Surgeon line combines a 1/4" thick handle for strength and grip with a 1/8" thick blade for slicing efficiency. Jimping along the spine and the underside of the handle ensures excellent control in varied grips, while laser-engraved side texturing adds both traction and visual detail.

Available in AEB-L, CPM 3V, or Magnacut steel, these blades offer a balance of toughness, corrosion resistance, and edge retention. Whether you're breaking down small game, cutting through tough materials, or relying on it as part of your emergency loadout, the Surgeon is built to perform.

Each knife includes a precision-fit 3D-printed sheath, compatible with a range of Discreet Carry Concepts clips for versatile carry options. For a traditional touch, a custom leather sheath handcrafted by Chattanooga Leather Works is also available.
